Nana’s Steamed Mussels

Ingredients  Amount (Serves 2-4)
Restaurant Ready®  Mussels  2 Lbs
Olive Oil  3 Tbs
Dry White Wine  1 Cup
Fresh Garlic Diced  4 Tbsp.
Fresh Italian Parsley Roughly Chooped  ¾ Cup
Salt  ½ Tsp
Pepper  ½ Tsp


  • Heat olive oil on med. heat in 12” skillet.
  • Add garlic and parsley and sauté one minute.
  • Add white wine, Restaurant Ready® Mussels, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
