|Restaurant Ready® Mussels||2 Lbs|
|Olive Oil||3 Tbs|
|Dry White Wine||1 Cup|
|Fresh Garlic Diced||4 Tbsp.|
|Fresh Italian Parsley Roughly Chooped||¾ Cup|
- Heat olive oil on med. heat in 12” skillet.
- Add garlic and parsley and sauté one minute.
- Add white wine, Restaurant Ready® Mussels, salt and pepper.
- Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
